i like to think im lost. and actualy- i hope im lost so this isnt what its all about. it kinda feels like my life is on hold. im numb to it all. im watching the world go by. living in the past and dreams of the future but i never for now. now im just at best a bystander - waiting for life to mean something again. soon i will be able to decide where i am- what i am -when i am. but untill then i just watch the people around me and hope for a conection- i dont like to say how i feel. i dont like admitting to myself this is the way things are. its easier to ignore it. pretend like its okay. but those around me know thats not true. people who i can not make a conection with but some how i conect to them want to know. but they never will. they can read as much into it as they want. but it wont help. theyll never understand. at the moment im happiest in my memories and my plans - this is the last time i will be traped. after may it will be my decision. if im sad. then its my fault. if im sad its my responisibility to do somehting about it. but untill then nothing is my own. and that scares me. that sickens me. and you know i dont even have my own voice anymore- i feel an idiot publishing this. i know its indulgent self pitty. who the fuck am i to say what ive just said- to feel this way. but they ask me how i am. and thats how i am. people ask for the truth. they want to understand. cos i go out of my way to understand them. maybe i want to be left alone? - maybe i dont. i dont know what i want anymore. unless you do the IB and are unhappy you can not understand. and within that small group of people we are all fucked up in our own individual way. my dad wants 34 points and if i dont get it ive got nothing else to offer him. maybe thats wat makes me sad? or maybe its something else. i dont know. all i can do at the moment is to hope its just a phase. that ill find myself soon. and what it all comes down to... i hope beyond hope i get the points. cos if i dont.- and i say this without a hint of exageration- god help me.

do u ever get those emo nites- those fucking emo nights- procrastiantion nights are bad- but emo nites are the worst- i hate them- they always manage to sneek up on u aswell when u least expect them- when u need a french dictionary - then all of a fucking sudden your 8th grade homework diary falls off your overly stuffed bookself- and as u pick it up- you pray not to be sucked into one of those horibly reflective nights- but then u see a picture of charlie and jess and sit down, you know your defeated. u need to look at those pictures - those random notes- that realy bad half poetry half random reflection on the meaning of life and just remember how hapy you were- so hapy you knew that you were truly hapy-

i want to figure out what it all ment- how much it means to me- how much it matters- remember every minute of it- all my early-teen moments -when it just felt so good to be alive.

... what do i have too say- not much reali- iB has totaly taken over my life, and everything non-iB related i do is just procrastinating b4 i start working properly- =) my goodness- now i think about it... what has my life become>?? - all i can think that ive been doing is- swimming working babysitting and the occasional nite out to break up my routine - exciting stuff but u cant reali blog about it - =) i cant wait for this year to be over- it sux. but jessica rest easy knowing that every saturday i drag myself out of bed early and do 2 hours housework just so i get too see u in 8 months =)

you know what i love about blogging... there are no rules =) it seems that everything i write is so regulated now- so controlled- so... unnatural... and well... its nice to just sit and write, knowing the next 1000 or so words are mine.. I can say what i want- without having to consider a mark scheme.

first of all- MUSHROOM- will u please become ure paparazzi, extreme-blogger, full on emo self-expressionist, self again- i loved it when i didnt have to do anything to get inside ure head- and now i feel like im loosing touch with u- its gotten so extreme im considering E-MAILING u to find out how u are.
and ofcause- =/ secondly, sorry lou-lou jo jess naz and the other ppl who's e-mails have been in my inbox for fucking ages- yeh.... im gonna do something about that soon for sure no worries.

So the suns out in Luxembourg- and ive rescued my short skirts from the back of my wardrobe, and broken out my flip-flops for the summer- and =) im happy. Cos you see after the winter came, i spent almost all my time inside, and when i was outside i was in pain from the cold and couldnt move because of my huge Paddington bear coat. but now- i can move again- i can wander around in sox, i can spin in my minis like a little girl - i can sit and be at peace, i can be silly and laugh- i can wander forever- i can run. Well when i have time - anyway my point is- i woke up about 10 days ago and it was may- and suddenly I was blessed with 4 more hours daylight, and basically the freedom to be outside whenever i want. lol your probably all reading this thinking what is she on =/ but when u survive your first winter- u come out the other end able to appreciate all the things you took for granted when you lived in Asia.

The weather also started me thinking- when the winter set in last year a dark cloud set over me as well, things suddenly got a lot harder, I lost a lot of the other things I also took for granted when I was in Asia- but over the past few months ive slowly got them back again- im suddenly remembering how it feels to be able to say anything you want to a close friend and know they wont judge you- how it feels when you trust a guy enough to sit on his knee or allow him to drive you home- cos you know for sure he wont demand anything in return- how it feels to be sublimely happy just sit and sleepily listen to your friends- how it feels to be truly needed by someone and know that you can depend on them =) - and well... im okay now- sure i get this sudden lump in my throat when i see a photo of jess- or when i wake up at kates and for a moment, just a moment, i think the red hair on the pillow next to me is charlies- or when i see a boy in a white baseball cap like anthoneys- but- i know now that it will be okay, ive come out of the winter, ive come out of being new, and sure ive got deep scares to prove it- and I know that was probably nothing, I will undoubtedly go thorough worse times, but =) cheesy as it sounds im stronger, pissed off with humanity and pessimistic about the state of the world sure, but stronger.

I went to see FEAR FACTORY (the people in the picture) last week lol- i went from ronan keeting to heavy, heavy metal in four steps- =/ it was the bomb- i felt so.... =) normal lol the people were the out of this world- i loved it- it was so nice to see people who were just so proud to be so DIFFERENT lol- the music was well...umm… i loved some of it- but most was just noise to me- =) but yeh some of it was reali good- i was just getting into it when the singer (??)..i guess he was singing kinda… got electrocuted- so yeh… they didnt finish the set lol it was funny- he suddenly stormed off with no explanation- and the entire hall was like... huh??

and my darlings =) im happy to report that although summer has brought all the pratish convertible driving 'oh look at me, i think im great, i dont have to wait for you to cross the road because I own a Ferrari' capitalists out of the woodwork my faith in the white man was restored today when i saw this woman help a blind man she did not know onto the bus =) lol things like that stop me from feeling so unique

and yeh =) i guess thats it- i love u all by the way and =D its only 2 months and 27 days untill im back =D

snow on may day-

yes it was snowing- I thought this long hard winter was finally over, but it turns out I havnt seen the last of it yet- =) weve been having some reali nice days though- I was reminded what it feels like to have the sun on your face- its scary now i relize id forgotten so easily but then recently ive found a few things id forgotten- the taste of chicken rice … mmmm.. that feeling around boys you trust =) arguing with a good friend - feeling pretty - the sound of jessys voice, and yes id forgotten how it feels to be truly excited – untill =) my flight back to Brunei was booked =D =D I was in town when my mum called- and i sware I was grinning like an idiot for half an hour =) im coming back on the 30th of july- at 4:55 pm and im leaving on the 26th August- so please make sure ure in brunei so I can see u =)
anyways my darlings i should probably give u an update... my goodness its been a long time- well- =) im good- genuily gernraly good- lol ive kinda accepted it all 4 the moment, of cause every now and then i get pissed with the world around me- but - yeh =) im learning to tolerate the crap and to paly by their rules against all my instincts... =P yeh... ill explain when i see u- anyways- =) for the moment things are looking up- but its all such a delacate balance here ure always waiting 4 something to go wrong-

=) so- i woke up on wednesday morning- and an increadible thing had happened - .... the clouds had parted- the sun had come out-and spring had begun- for the first time in months the temperature has risen above 2 degrees- and its no longer phsyicly painfull to be outside- =D so ive done what anyone whod been cooped up for months does.... lol ive been wandering... from the moment i get up till cirfew- lol its reali bad for work i knoe- but the thing is i sit down at my desk- i open my books and i look out of the window and suddenly i cant stand it- im up and out in seconds- ive had such a wonderfull few days just moving from sunny spot to sunny spot and being random- and the weird thing is- when the suns shining and im sourounded by friends i feel at home- i feel safe... and... happy- i honestly cant think what ive done this weekend- its been so random and unplanned- and sure i burst into tears when i heard Mimpi Yang Sempur this afternoon- but they were happy tears- =p and the great thing- its only gonna get warmer- anyways i better go- =) my mums being all pissy about how little time ive spent at home- and my history essay isnt gonna write itself

So were did I leave u??- rite it was the week after my birthday- the teaches sudenly started Marjory piling the work on… u knoe one of those weeks where every teacher wants a presentation and a paper… and then ure English teacher starts pressuring 4 ure cwk?? - well throw a bio a math and a history test on top of that and u have my past 2 weeks- so I was working my ass off- getting only 3 hours sleep a nite...and to stress me out alil bit more the weekends suddenly got crazy aswell-

lauras party was so much fun =D me liam laura david- (i think =/) and tif went out 4 abit- LIAM WE MUST DANCE AGAIN- lol it was the highlight of my nite- anyways laura like i said- awesome nite babe- we should celebrate ure b'day more often lol- hope u liked ure present btw-

and then ofcause it was the fairy party- =) kate i havnt had such an awesome nite in a long long time- very satisfactory evening =D

should I smile, be quick to tell me some bad news

me and kate went to see hard fi- in Lux acoupple of weeks ago- it was fricking awesome-... it was... how can i put this... an improvement on blue and roan keeting lol- but then again =/ it was absoloute shyt compared to nine black alpes~ me and kate went to see nine black alpes in Manchester… theyre this reali random british band.. some of their shyt is reali good- but their concert was FRICKING AWESOME- i was fucking speachless... the atmosphere - the moshing- =) i freeking loved it

yeh- lol this week i went to manchester to stay with kates sister at university- it was AWESOME - I CAN NOT WAIT 4 uni- she lives in a flat with 8 other girls and they have only 10 hours school a week and about 10 hours hwk a week... but otherwise they are compleatly FREE- theyre always out... the place never sleeps... there are ppl in and out at all hours- i was bowled over- me and kate went to one of her law lectures- it was kool.. kinda boring but then again- no where near as boring as some of the shyt i have to sit through 4 IB-

we did SO much shopping while we were there aswell- lol 3 full days worth =/ im such a consumer.... and =) i got my ears peirced again- rite at the top - i fricking love it - im gonna go get more i think lol- i feel like rebelling

and- this reali gets me- it was WARM in manchester- like 8 degrees warm- and the sun was shinning- i was like 'finaly its spring'- but then we landed in luxembourg- and were greeted by a snow stom to end all snow storms- i sware over the past 2 days 40cm of snow has fallen (no exageration... kates brother measured) .... luxembourg now looks like the inside of a snow globe- its the kinda weather u have to be 5 years old or crazy to brave- its the kinda weather that makes u regret the fact that u wore converse- its the kinda weather that makes u honestly think u might lose ure toes- its the kinda weather ud never get on a school day- since jackfrost outlawed snow days- its the kinda weather id NEVER have braved under normal circumstances- but my parents left me to fend 4 myself while they took my brother skiing-

but on the bright side i did go out and have some fun in the snow lol- at around midnight last nite me elanor and kate went to the park to make snow angles and act like compleate idiots- =) fun fun
